"When a farmer stops plowing his land, planting seed, and ceases
to harvest - he stops being a farmer. This is evident, for he has
stopped doing those things which identify him as a farmer.

When a Christian stops attending services, stops studying the Bible,
stops taking the Lord's Supper, stops singing, praying, and giving
as he has prospered; it is evident he has stopped doing those things
which identify him as a Christian."
