Churches of Christ have no earthly head or board of directors which rules or governs individual congregations. Each congregation is lead by elders, or shepherds who are appointed by the members as spiritual leaders (Act 20:28, Eph 4:11, I Peter 5:1-4). The qualifications for elders and deacons who serve the church are listed in I Timothy 3:1-13. Currently serving the Rosemont Church of Christ as elders are:
