who is involved in forward action

The whole congregation! though this is de facto, we still have some who will be area leaders. Area leaders are men responsible for certain specific projects that will insure the enabling of the members to evangelize more productively.

The leaders to not have any oversight of the members, but rather are at the service of the members. The idea being that those who lead do so by example, and through the service they render. The areas of focus will be Evangelism, Education, Benevolence, Building Maintenance, Worship Preparation, and Congregational Activities. These six sectors take on the overall project of providing what is necessary for each member on an individual level. Evangelism looks at potential prospects. Education puts everything into practice. Benevolence will coordinate the needs of the congregation and the community.

To do this will involve visiting and training. Questions and helps are considerable and necessary components of the process of discerning the individual needs. Each person must be comfortable with their abilities, but also be willing to grow (to evolve) into a more productive Christian.
